ROOMS

  • 1. Visit our hotel lobby & locate the wall where we have our available rooms, Click the portraits to see what amenities are offered as well as the guest limits.

    2. When you are ready, pay the kiosk that is directly in front of the room portrait you'd like to rent. Once room is rented, you will be sent a group invite to be able to access amenities & rez, a landmark, and a notecard with further information.

  • —Upon rental a group invite, welcome notecard, and landmark are sent. You may teleport to your room by this landmark, or when you click the elevator and teleport to "Rooms" you will click either the left or right door where the teleporter will automatically detect your rental and teleport you to your room

  • —At this time, we operate on a first come first serve basis. When a room rental expires, you are more than welcome to secure the room!

  • —We have photos available above the rental kiosk as well as full information by clicking the photos, we do not offer previews at this time.

  • —You may swap rooms once for no extra charge before additional fees apply. Room swap request must be made within the first 2 hours of room rental by contacting Jasmine Kiyori by notecard. additional room swaps will have a L$250 fee for each swap.

  • —Of course! We operate as a first come first serve location, so if you have the room already, you can rent it for as long as you need, we do not require reservations.

GROUP/REZ

  • —You are allowed to invite guests to your room & to amenities, however, guest number must comply with the amount your room allows.

    Zen Suite - 2 guests MAX. (You + an additional person, free of charge)
    Midori Suite - 2 guests MAX. (You + an additional person, free of charge)
    Kumo Suite - 3 guests MAX. (You + two additional persons, free of charge)
    Sora Penthouse Suite - 4 guests MAX. (You + three additional persons, free of charge)


    —Your room already covers guests based off the room size and is included in the fare of the room. However, it is an additional L$400 = 1 additional person to add them to your room. You may send a direct payment to Jasmine Kiyori regardless of online or offline with the name of the guest in the payment message field, then you may add additional guest/s to your security.

    —EXAMPLE— You are renting the Zen Suite, you have two guests you’d like to accompany you, that means that you would have three guests in your room (You, and your two guests) You would have to pay for the one additional person, as you and one guest are already covered in the fare of the room.


    • Attempting to "sneak" someone in will not only fail but result in termination of rental with no refund.

  • —Upon rental, the group invite should be sent automatically. If you did not receive it…

    • For the main tenant and additional SUBADMINS

    —Click or RIGHT click and from the pie menu select "Touch" on the rental kiosk that you rented, there should be a button that says "Grp Invite" that will send you a group invitation required for rezzing.

    • How do I invite my other guests to the group?
    —Click or RIGHT click and from the pie menu select "Touch" on the rental kiosk that you rented, a menu should appear, and there should be a button that says "Tenants" or “SUBADMINS” add the guest/s to the list. A group invite should send automatically, however, if it doesn't please refer to the above for the guest to do, *Please refer to your room guest limitations before doing this.

  • —When attempting to rez, use the elevator, or access amenities, please make sure you & your guests are wearing the Kiyori Land Group tag. If you did not receive this group, refer to the above on how to get it.

  • —You are allowed to rez anywhere in Kiyori & Kiyori City, however, you MUST pick up all your stuff once you are finished in the area.

  • —We are not looking for bloggers, free promotion in exchange for free services, or anything similar. To access the hotel and have rez rights you must be a guest.

REFUNDS

  • —We do not do refunds, however, compensation may be available on a case by case basis if something on our end isn't working correctly. This is not guaranteed, as these are rare cases, and will be dealt with individually.

  • —No, the room is the same rate regardless of if you use the maximum capacity.

  • —No, regardless of how you chose to use the room, we will not refund because you didn't use it, the room was taken away from potential other guests during that time, so we reserve the right to keep what was paid.

  • —No, and if you are unsure about how long you'd like to stay, please pay by day rather than pay for multiple days at once.

OTHER

  • —At this time, all amenities are exclusive to The Takai Hotels guests only.

  • —You are allowed to be nude or partake in adult activities in private areas, such as your room, certain amenities (the pool, the spa, the gym) because these have adult animations and all of these spaces are located on a private parcel. However, you are not allowed to be nude or partake in adult activities in public spaces, because we are simulating a real world experience, just use your judgment on what would make sense in the real world.

  • —It is highly advised to block the person, and to save any evidence of the incident and to forward it to Jasmine Kiyori so it can be dealt with properly.
